Resolving Incorrect Dual Monitor Display in Citrix Sessions
Problem: A user was experiencing an issue where only a small portion of the screen was visible on one of their dual monitors when launching a Citrix session, while the other monitor displayed correctly.
Solution:The representative suggested signing out of the active Citrix session and then signing back in. Signing out forces the session to end, and launching a new session upon signing back in causes the system to re-detect the display settings and resolution.
