Accessing Email After Changing Phone Number
Problem: A county employee was unable to access their email after changing their mobile phone number. When trying to login, it would freeze after entering their password.
Solution: The IT support person helped by reauthenticating the employee's new phone number in the Duo mobile authentication app. They deleted the old phone number and sent a verification text to the new number. After the employee entered the verification code, they were then able to access their email without issue.
